“It’s the most convenient blender as I can create any recipe with it. I always say a powerful blender that also blends frozen fruit and nuts to a super smooth and creamy consistency is the most important kitchen gadget to me. And the Novis ProBlender does just that. I love it!”
bestselling cookbook author and food artist
Nadia Damaso is one of the most famous Swiss cookbook authors and food bloggers. Her motto ‘Eat Better Not Less’ is not only the philosophy she cooks by - it’s also one she lives by. Nadia wants to show, that by using fresh and wholesome ingredients, you can easily create healthy yet super delicious recipes that will make you feel great and give you plenty of energy! She loves to create ‘taste explosions’- as she calls them - with ingredients of different colours, shapes and textures from all around the world.
Nadia grew up in Switzerland and was a competitive cross-country skier, training five or six times a week. She ate accordingly to make sure she had enough energy. At the age of 16, she moved to Canada for six months and came back 10 kilos (22 pounds) heavier. She wanted to lose weight without going on a diet with tons of restrictions, so she decided to change not only her eating habits but her whole lifestyle. This is how she started to discover and appreciate healthy ingredients. She began creating new recipes and ‘Eat Better Not Less’ was the result.
Nadia has now just released her second cookbook but she always finds time to work out. It has become part of her daily routine and is her source of energy. She enjoys running and finds much of her inspiration for new recipes when she’s out in the fresh air. Nadia's ideal kitchen partner for her post-workout meal is the Novis ProBlender. “It’s the most convenient mixer as I can create any recipe with it. I always say a powerful blender that also blends frozen fruit and nuts to a super smooth and creamy consistency is the most important kitchen gadget to me. And the Novis ProBlender does just that. I love it!”
