Unlimited offers are always subject to change until the order is confirmed.

Prices

The gross prices are in Swiss Franc incl. VAT, the net prices excl. VAT are subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust the sales prices accordingly in the event of price changes by our suppliers without prior notification.

Packaging

Packaging is charged at cost price and cannot be returned.

Shipment

Unless otherwise stated, we deliver free of charge within Switzerland. We only deliver to Switzerland.

Delivery dates

We do our utmost to meet the agreed delivery dates, but we must decline any claims for compensation in the event of delays.

Complaints

The delivery is to be checked by the customer immediately after receipt. Complaints can only be considered within 8 days after receipt of the goods by enclosing the delivery note or stating the delivery note number. In the event of demonstrably defective delivery, replacement shall be provided free of charge. Further claims for compensation are expressly rejected.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted after deduction of a share of the expenses on the basis of a prior agreement. Goods which are not in accordance with the catalogue, which are no longer current, which are incomplete or not in their original packaging and goods which are no longer in perfect condition cannot be credited.

Payment will be redirected to Wallee Switzerland. Wallee Switzerland uses the latest security techniques and anti-fraud systems to guarantee safe shopping.

Purchase on account with instalment facility (POWERPAY) MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "Purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply settle your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities.
