TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

The gross prices are in Euro incl. VAT, the net prices excl. VAT are subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust the sales prices accordingly in the event of price changes by our suppliers without prior notification.
Packaging
Packaging is charged at cost price and cannot be returned.
Shipment
Unless otherwise stated, we deliver free of charge within Europe. Shipment takes place from Belgium. We only deliver to countries for which we have activated the registration of the customer data.
Delivery dates
We do our utmost to meet the agreed delivery dates, but we must decline any claims for compensation in the event of delays.
Complaints
The delivery is to be checked by the customer immediately after receipt. Complaints can only be considered within 8 days after receipt of the goods by enclosing the delivery note or stating the delivery note number. In the event of demonstrably defective delivery, replacement shall be provided free of charge. Further claims for compensation are expressly rejected.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted after deduction of a share of the expenses on the basis of a prior agreement. Goods which are not in accordance with the catalogue, which are no longer current, which are incomplete or not in their original packaging and goods which are no longer in perfect condition cannot be credited.
