A holiday feeling at breakfast

When things need to go fast, Tanja Grandits prepares the day before her Mango Oat Bowl, a creamy muesli with oat flakes, oat milk and mango blended in the Novis ProBlender.

The recipe: Mango & oat bowl with exotic fruit compote
Ingredients for the bowl:
- 1 mango, pitted and peeled
- 1 banana, peeled
- 300ml oat milk
- 1 unwaxed lime, including juice and zest
- 60g thin-rolled oats
- 1 large pinch cinnamon
- 1 large pinch turmeric
- 1 tbsp. honey
Place all of the ingredients in the high-performance Novis ProBlender and blend until smooth.
Ingredients for the compote:
- 1 mango, peeled and diced into 1cm cubes
- ½ pineapple, skin removed and diced into 1cm cubes
- 8 passion fruits with the pulp scooped out
- 80g honey
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped
- 1 unwaxed lemon, including juice and zest
Add all of the compote ingredients to a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
Serve the mango and oat mixture in a bowl and sweeten with a tablespoon of the exotic fruit compote.
