Claudia's recipe: RootsReggae Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 small beetroot, raw
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds, or according to season plum or blackcurrant
- 1 small piece of ginger, cayenne pepper
- 1 small apple
- 1/2 glas of freshly pressed red oranges
- 1/2 glas of water, a glas of ice cubes

Topping
Some pomegranate seeds, eventually Cayenne or raspberries

Instructions
Blend all the ingredients in the Novis ProBlender with the Smoothie Programme.
Appropriate yoga exercise to consolidate your roots:
Malasana, squat: squat down, knees over your ankles.
Breath in and stretch 12 times your arms over your head. Breath out and sit down on your knees. Repeat. Breathe. Feel your feet in the ground, your legs, your hips.
